Enterprise Telecommunications covers the connectivity and network services sold to businesses — managed network services, SD-WAN, business internet and voice, MPLS/private networking, and the enterprise arms of the carriers. It is led by the business divisions of the major carriers (AT&T Business, Verizon Business, Lumen) and managed-network providers serving enterprises.

Demand is driven by enterprise connectivity, the shift from legacy MPLS to SD-WAN and SASE (secure cloud-based networking), and multi-site and cloud-connectivity needs, with the move to software-defined networking reshaping the category. It is a consolidated, mature segment under pressure as enterprises adopt cloud-based networking and as the carriers' legacy enterprise revenue declines; SD-WAN/SASE and managed services are the growth areas.
