Fleet Management & Services covers the leasing, management, and servicing of vehicle fleets for businesses — fleet leasing, maintenance management, fuel and telematics, and the outsourced administration of corporate vehicle fleets. It spans fleet-management majors (Element Fleet, Wheels/Donlen, Holman, Enterprise Fleet Management) and vehicle-leasing and rental providers; the underlying vehicle leasing/rental is sized under Consumer (Auto Rental & Leasing).

Demand is driven by corporate fleet outsourcing, the value of professional fleet management (cost, uptime, safety), and — increasingly — the complexity of fleet electrification (managing the transition to EVs, charging, and new total-cost-of-ownership models). It is consolidating around scaled fleet managers, with recurring leasing and management revenue, telematics/data, and EV-transition services the key growth drivers; it is one of the larger and more attractive specialty-transport segments.
